Terms & Conditions

The following terms and conditions of sale apply to all items and arcade games we sell, both new and refurbished games.  The buyer(s) agree that he/she is over the age of 18 years old. The buyer(s) agree that they are making the purchase with sound mind and with a valid form of payment. The buyer(s) agrees to all terms below when making a purchase from East Coast Coin-Op & Amusements LLC (ec Amusements) website, showroom store location, or any other sites operated by ec Amusements.  ec Amusements may amend the terms and conditions at any time without notice to the buyer.

Used Arcade Games (Commercial or Residential Use)

You are purchasing the machine AS-IS no warranty included but…

• ALL used machines come with FREE LIFETIME PHONE & VIDEO TECH SUPPORT

  • If you ever have a problem with your arcade machine that was purchased from us, contact us over the phone for help. We also provide video chat for support as needed. If we cannot assist you with the repair, we will try and help provide you with someone that can.

Part or Game Repair (No warranty purchased)

• You must ship or return the problematic part or if needed the entire game to our store at your cost. We charge $75 per hour plus parts cost for any repairs. You are responsible for all to and from shipping fees.

Part or Game Repair (Warranty purchased)

We do offer warranties on almost all used arcade machines for a fee. Contact us for a quote.

• You must ship or return the problematic part or if needed the entire game to our store at your cost. Parts and labor cost is included at no cost to you. You are responsible for all to and from shipping fees.

• Used game parts can but not always be hard to find. While we have an arsenal of in-stock parts available, some parts can be hard to come by and take time to find new or used. We will do our best to find what you need.

Commercial Use

• If your game is being used commercially. We recommend you find a local repair tech to service your game. Although our FREE LIFETIME PHONE & VIDEO tech support IS included, commercially used games take a ton of abuse and will need constant repairs and tweaks so they continue to work how they should.

New Arcade Games (Commercial or Residential Use)

You are purchasing the machine with a 90-day warranty included but…

• ALL new machines come with FREE LIFETIME PHONE & VIDEO TECH SUPPORT

• All warranty’s excludes any physical abuse to the machine or power surge incurred.

All prices posted on our website or social media may change at any time without notice. If you were quoted for a custom order, your quote is valid for 30 days from the date it was received. This includes freight charges as well.
