Refund Policy - The Basics
As soon as your order is placed, we begin getting your used game into our production schedule for its final test before shipping is scheduled. This process can normally take 1-3 business days. If a new game is purchased, we immediately add your order to our production list. We will begin production if not already in stock the order in which it was received. Most new games take 5-10 business days to complete if they are not already in stock. We will require a 20% restocking fee if you cancel your order at any time during the production process of any machine order new or used.
If the arcade machine is shipped VIA freight and paid for ahead of time you agree NOT to refuse the shipment no matter what.
-
If the item is refused for ANY reason you agree to pay all the shipping charges (If disagreed legal action will be taken)
-
If the item is damaged we will give you contact info to file a claim as all shipments include damage coverage.
What to Include in the Refund Policy
Generally speaking, a Refund Policy often addresses these types of issues: the timeframe for asking for a refund; will the refund be full or partial; under which conditions will the customer receive a refund; and much, much more.
