Shipping Policy

FREIGHT SHIPPING POLICY

You are responsible for all freight and shipping charges as well as any import duties (if any). We collect freight fees and will schedule the freight on your behalf to simplify the process for you. Our freight costs are normally spot on but if for any reason it is less, we will refund you the difference in cost. If the cost is higher than you were charged you will be liable to cover the difference or we can refund your order at no additional cost. CONTACT US BEFORE PLACING AN ORDER IF YOUR ADDRESS CANNOT ACCOMMODATE A 53’ SEMI-TRUCK FOR DELIVERY.

 

  • Games shipped freight are only able to be delivered curbside. Inside delivery is NOT available if shipped freight. If you are within 100 miles of our store in Coatesville, PA we can provide you with a quote for inside delivery.

 

  • Your game ships with a 53’ semi-truck. If your address cannot accommodate a 53’ semi-truck, we may be able to set up delivery with a 26’ box truck with lift gate. 

    • If you need a box truck for delivery and it is unavailable through our freight providers, you will need to be able to meet a 53’ semi-truck with a liftgate in a local parking lot to take possession of your order. (Most games will fit inside of a larger SUV, truck, trailer, or panel van that you own or can rent at your expense.)

    • Please contact us BEFORE placing your order to check on the availability of a 24’ box truck for delivery if a semi is too large.

    • If you need the machine palliated we charge $100 per standard size pallet to pallet the item. Oversize pallets will be charged $150-$200 per pallet. We add plastic wrap, cardboard it, then plastic wrap it again, and strap it to a pallet. We DO NOT crate items. 

 

  • If the arcade machine is shipped VIA freight and paid for ahead of time you agree NOT to refuse the shipment no matter what.

 

  • If the item is refused for ANY reason you agree to pay all the shipping charges (If disagreed legal action will be taken)

 

  • If the item is damaged, we will give you contact info to file a claim as all shipments include damage coverage.

Shortly after your order is placed ec Amusements will provide an estimated lead time for your game to ship. We will also provide tracking with an estimated delivery date however, we cannot guarantee a specific delivery date or time ever. Freight can also arrive faster or slower than the estimate.  Freight is completely out of our hands, and we have no control over it once the item is picked up by the shipper. Please remember freight is much slower than standard shipping. Depending on your location, freight can take 1-5 weeks for delivery. Payment in full and confirmation of your name, address, and phone number is required for all orders before they ship.
